1 Definitions and Introduction

In this document, "bdrummy", "we", "platform" or "site" refers to the bdrummybet.cam website and its associated mobile applications. "Member", "you" or "user" refers to any registered or unregistered visitor accessing this platform.

Each person may create only one account. Operating multiple accounts is a clear violation of the rules and may result in all accounts being closed. Any balance in those accounts may be forfeited.

2.3 Accurate Information

At the time of registration, members must provide their real name, active mobile number, and other details accurately. Registering with false or incomplete information may result in temporary or permanent account closure, and any bonuses or winnings may be forfeited.

2.4 Identity Verification (KYC)

For withdrawal requests or other sensitive activities, bdrummy may request a copy of a national identity card or passport. Withdrawals may be on hold until verification is complete.

3 Account Security

Keeping account login details (username and password) fully confidential is the member's own responsibility. Do not share your login information with any third party. All activities carried out on the account will be treated as the member's own.

4 Deposits and Withdrawals

4.3 Withdrawal Processing Time

5 Bonuses and Promotions

5.1 Welcome Bonus

New members will receive a 200% bonus on their first deposit, up to a maximum of ৳20,000. Before withdrawing bonus funds, you must wager 10 times the bonus amount. For example: depositing ৳1,000 gives you a ৳2,000 bonus and a total balance of ৳3,000; you must wager ৳2,000 × 10 = ৳20,000 before withdrawing.

5.2 Other Promotions

bdrummy offers various promotions including weekly reload rewards, Friday special gifts, cricket festival bonuses, birthday rewards, and referral bonuses. Each promotion has its own wagering conditions and minimum deposit requirements.

5.3 Bonus Abuse

Opening multiple accounts to claim bonus benefits, providing false information, or any other manipulation will result in cancellation of all bonuses and related winnings.

5.4 VIP Membership

Regularly active members can advance from Bronze through Silver, Gold, and Platinum levels. The weekly cashback rate differs at each level. The account must remain active to maintain VIP benefits.

6 Game and Betting Rules

6.1 Game Results

Every result in slots, live casino, fishing games, or sports betting is determined by a certified Random Number Generator (RNG) or the relevant provider's system. bdrummy does not and cannot alter results.

6.2 Bet Cancellation

In the event of a technical error or incorrectly published odds, bdrummy reserves the right to cancel the relevant bet and refund the original stake. No additional compensation applies in such cases.

6.3 Betting Limits

6.4 Special Conditions for Sports Betting

When placing bets on cricket, football, or other sports events, the odds shown are not final and may change before the event starts. The odds in effect at the moment a bet is confirmed will apply.

7 Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited on bdrummy:

• Creating or operating an account using another person's identity.
• Attempting to gain bonus benefits through multiple accounts.
• Attempting to bypass the platform's security systems or gain unauthorised access to its servers.
• Transacting funds from illegal sources or participating in money laundering activities.
• Engaging in fraudulent or harassing behaviour toward other members.
• Allowing anyone under the age of 21 to use an account.

If any of the above activities are detected, the account will be permanently closed and all balances may be forfeited.

8 Intellectual Property

All content on the bdrummy platform — logos, designs, software, text, graphics, and databases — is wholly owned or licensed property. Members may browse the site for personal use, but redistributing, modifying, or commercially using any content is not permitted.

9 Limitation of Liability

bdrummy is not liable for losses caused by technical failures, server downtime, or third-party payment gateway issues. Maximum liability is limited to the value of the transaction in question.

10 Account Closure

10.1 At the Member's Request

Any member may request permanent account closure at any time via live chat or email. Any pending withdrawals will be completed before the request is processed.

10.2 At the Platform's Initiative

bdrummy reserves the right to temporarily or permanently close any account without prior notice due to breach of terms, fraudulent activity, or security concerns.

10.3 Self-Exclusion

If you feel your gambling habits are getting out of control, you can use the self-exclusion feature to deactivate your account for a set period.

11 Changes to Terms
